Project Overview
This courtyard alfresco kitchen was designed to deliver a complete outdoor cooking and entertaining space within a compact footprint.
Measuring 2550mm wide x 710mm deep, the brief was to create something streamlined, highly functional and architecturally aligned with the home.
Built in Collaboration with Lowe Design & Build
We partnered with Lowe Design & Build to bring this project to life. Their architectural direction and attention to detail shaped the courtyard environment, allowing us to design an outdoor kitchen that felt fully integrated into the broader build.
Materials & Finishes
This project combines durability with a clean, contemporary finish:
- Cabinetry: Monsoon aluminium composite panel
- Benchtop: 25mm Corian in Everest
The aluminium composite cabinetry was selected for its durability and suitability for outdoor conditions, while the Corian benchtop provides a seamless, low-maintenance surface that reflects light beautifully within the courtyard space.
Appliances
Despite its compact size, this alfresco kitchen includes everything needed for relaxed outdoor entertaining:
- Weber Q3600 BBQ
- Husky single door bar fridge
- Sink and tap - supplied by the client and incorporated into the design
The appliance selection ensures the kitchen functions as a complete outdoor cooking zone, not just a BBQ station.
