Featuring Integrated Beer Taps
A keen brewer of his own liquid gold, Simon had a very nice keg system that he wanted built into his Outdoor Kitchen to complete the set up and entertain family & friends in style.
The whole Outdoor Kitchen is completely exposed to the elements creating the need for a clever solution in keeping the keg system protected. The construction of pocket doors in front of the keg means they can be opened or closed depending on weather conditions.
This custom Outdoor Kitchen features a seamlessly integrated beer tap built directly into the benchtop, delivering a relaxed outdoor bar feel with a clean, modern finish. Integrated vent panels within the cabinet doors ensure the refrigeration unit cools efficiently, even when closed.
A plumbed sink and tap make the Outdoor Kitchen fully self-contained, removing any reliance on the indoor kitchen and reinforcing the convenience of a truly integrated outdoor space.
Finished in Matte Ash Grey cabinetry, the design complements the existing rendered walls perfectly. The space is completed with 40mm Corian benchtops in Dove, a popular choice for clients who love the look of concrete without the maintenance issues.
And the best part? Beer on tap at home. A great project and an even better result.
When an Outdoor Kitchen is this well designed and fully weatherproof, it’s made to be used year-round. All external surfaces of a LimeTree Outdoor Kitchen are low-maintenance and easy to clean, requiring nothing more than a simple wipe down with a damp cloth.

Tap: Purchased by Client
We had spoken with Simon for a number of months and saw him at a trade show as we got to understand his needs. His balcony is completely exposed to the elements and as such he wanted to know that he was getting a package that would stand up to the worst Melbourne could deliver.
After visiting site, measuring up and discussing the design, we were extremely confident we could deliver what was required.
